ABSTRACT
In the present paper studied was the content of heavy metals: Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Pb, Ni and Cd in the foliage of an indicator plant - dandelion - as collected in the lawns and parks of the Warsaw agglomeration.
The results suggest heavy accumulation of Fe, Zn, Pb and Cd as a consequence of the impact of the traffic born pollution.
